Ali and his team were super responsive to my outreach via the Nextdoor app. Ali got a member of his team, Rafael, out promptly - who was able to assess our irrigation issue and provide a temporary fix while Ali drafted a proposal for a longer term solution. Very prompt and thorough service! We were so impressed with Ali and his team. We had a sudden, major leak in our irrigation system, which Rafael was able to identify and remedy quickly. They also inspected the irrigation around the rest of our property and fixed some additional, more minor problems. Extremely professional and easy to work with! Used Bay Scenery, as recommended by my landscape contractor, for small project in PV Ranch in Feb. 2020. Team came to discuss project in advance, and was able to execute in timely and professional manner. Project included plantings, irrigation, as well as lighting. Bay Scenery was even able to solve a motion detector issue that two electrical contractors had not been able to do!!! Installation, followed by clean up, each day was top notch. Everyone was VERY helpful and through. I was VERY pleased with finished product. Management has also followed up to be sure project was completed to my satisfaction.
